These silicone over nylon utensils do not scratch non-stick cookware. They clean-up easily and are dishwasher safe. They really can take the heat!..up to 485 degrees. They will not melt or warp if you leave them in hot soup pots or fry pans. All pieces scrape food cleanly like spatulas. 11" and 11.5" long.
